what we process

We retrieve public website pages and store audit evidence privately. An email address saves the audit preview and requests a transactional email with a private return link. The complete report and implementation package require payment. Kit preparation stores the public website facts observed by the audit and the generated files. No business-details questionnaire is required before payment. Stripe processes payment details; we keep payment identifiers and access status, not card numbers. Server-side abuse controls use hashed request identifiers.

email and consent

Saving an audit does not subscribe you to the personal-library marketing sequence or other recurring emails. Requested audit emails contain a private return link. Paid report and kit purchases receive a transactional receipt and private access link through our existing email provider.

providers and retention

Hosting runs on Vercel, private records use Neon Postgres, Google Places supplies transient business lookup results, Stripe processes payments and Resend delivers requested transactional mail. Google listing data is used to help you select a website; stored reports derive business identity from the website itself.

Unpurchased audit and kit preparation records are retained for up to 30 days and removed by scheduled cleanup. Purchased packages and payment records are retained to provide access and handle refunds, disputes and recordkeeping. You can request deletion, subject to records we must retain. Keep private report and order links confidential; they are not public search pages.

We do not submit a scanned business’s forms, messages, bookings or payments. Optional measurement must exclude email addresses, scanned URLs, business names and private tokens.
